Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept it or make a note of the damage when signing for delivery. Please also take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged items and email them to our customer support team at abiramp104@gmail.com  within 4 days of receiving the order. We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
